LW 4.0's Glow function does something similar to this. It casts a nice
flare like glow "around" an object. If you are looking to completely
turn a surface into a flare type look, I think you may be out of luck
unless you do it manually.
Has anybody found a great deal on Windows NT?
I was supposed to
get it when I bought my PC but they were out
and aren't going to be getting it in for a long time, so now I have to
get it elsewhere. I had a really good deal as part of the complete
package (They were only charging me $199 for Windows NT).
Take Care.
